IPL is a “Sport feel” Physique Competition that has been hosting events since 2015 that promote the truth of Health and Wellness. IPL offers different Exhibit Division so you can complete in more than one:

We offer a 16-week group training starting December __ that will take you to competition day.

We also offer one on one personal training in lieu of the group training or can be combined with. Templo Fitness is not only a gym, we are partnered with Becoming Body Sculpting and Conscious Meal Prep to give our clients the best opportunity for success.
